EV Charger Testing & Maintenance
Interactive Workshop and Practical Training in EV Charger Testing, Inspection and Maintenance
Description
As electric-vehicle adoption accelerates, safe and reliable charging infrastructure is critical. This first-of-its-kind New Zealand course gives technicians, electricians, supervisors, and auditors the practical skills and confidence to inspect, test, and maintain AC/DC EV chargers in full alignment with AS/NZS 3000, AS/NZS 3017, and SNZ PAS 6010, as well as WorkSafe NZ guidelines.
Delivered through a mix of online pre-learning and hands-on workshop training, you’ll gain clarity on testing procedures, inspection intervals, risk assessment, and fault-finding, ensuring every EV charge point you service is safe, compliant, and future-ready.
Who Should Attend?
Registered electrical workers, service technicians, and renewables professionals who install, test, or maintain EV supply equipment (EVSE).
Ideal for those responsible for workplace, fleet, and residential charging systems who want to ensure every installation meets the highest levels of compliance, performance, and safety.
