Jake Jones

Jake has worked in the electrical industry since 2012, becoming a qualified electrician in 2016 and a registered Electrical Inspector in 2021. He also holds an Electrical Inspector endorsement for Hazardous Areas. Throughout his career, Jake has gained broad practical experience across residential, construction, maintenance and industrial environments.

Jake brings a practical and solutions-focused approach to electrical compliance, backed by strong fault-finding skills and a thorough understanding of electrical inspection, mains and switchboard requirements.

Having trained and supervised apprentices and electrical workers throughout his career, Jake is passionate about raising standards within the electrical industry. As a tutor and trainer with Trade Master, his focus is on helping electrical workers understand not only what the regulations and standards require but also why those requirements exist and how they apply in real-world electrical work.
